The machinery around my Obsidian “second brain” — everything that writes to, reads from, or synthesizes the vault, kept in one place while the vault itself lives separately. It’s a mix of automation agents, slash commands, capture-and-recall hooks, and a small Python embedding index for semantic search over my notes. The design keeps a single writer for the synthesized layer and treats raw captures as an append-only source of truth. It’s wired into my daily workflow and still evolving.
