The documentation and scripts behind my self-hosted setup: a single VPS with everything running in containers, my own git server, backups, DNS, monitoring, and alerting. There’s no build system — it’s runbooks, deploy notes, and small shell and Python helpers. It’s the connective tissue that keeps every live service here running, and it grows continuously. Everything is self-hosted on Hetzner, managed with Coolify and Forgejo.
